Through the form on the website we receive only what you entered yourself: name, phone number and comment, as well as the apartment number if you selected it in the catalog, and the advertising tag of the link you came from.
We need this data to call you back and find you an apartment. We do not sell it or pass it on to third parties.
For guest access to the construction stream we ask for a passport photo — only to know who is watching. The photo is stored in the company's accounting system and can be seen by the sales staff and management. The photo is deleted: immediately if the request is declined; otherwise, 30 days after access ends (or after the request, if no decision was made); and earlier at your request.
The website does not use advertising trackers and does not load files from third-party servers.
