Manorai Amiron is a construction company from Rudaki district. We both build and sell: the agreement, the installment plan and the apartment all come from one developer, with no intermediaries.
We accept every payment at the cash desk with a cash receipt or to the company's settlement account at Alif Bank, and we hand over the schedule, the agreement and the apartment fact sheet in one folder. The company's details are public — you can check them before your first payment.

How do I pay?
The down payment and then payments on schedule — in cash at the cash desk (we issue a cash receipt) or by transfer in somoni to the company's settlement account: Alif Bank OJSC, account 20202972400120074801, BIC 350101900. The company's details are at the bottom of the page. Every payment is recorded in your schedule.
Can I buy without a bank?
Yes. The installment plan is from the developer — no loan and no bank.
Can I pay with a car?
