When will the residential complex be handed over?
The handover date is Q3 2028.
Are there elevators and security?
Yes: every block has elevators, and the courtyard is gated, with security.
What agreement will I sign?
A shared construction participation agreement with Manorai Amiron LLC. The payment schedule and the apartment fact sheet with the floor plan are attached to it.
How do I pay?
The down payment and then payments on schedule — in cash at the cash desk (we issue a cash receipt) or by transfer in somoni to the company's settlement account: Alif Bank OJSC, account 20202972400120074801, BIC 350101900. The company's details are at the bottom of the page. Every payment is recorded in your schedule.
Can I buy without a bank?
Yes. The installment plan is from the developer — no loan and no bank.
Can I pay with a car?
Yes, part of the down payment can be made with a car or other property. We will appraise it and document it with a signed act.
Is there parking?
Yes, underground: 59 parking spaces under the three blocks. A space can be bought together with an apartment or separately.
